Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If you're not in when your delivery arrives, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local access point. Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
